Yes. We offer full services of Buy Side for non-residents: market analysis, search, negotiation, due diligence, legal representation and subsequent management. We act as your local computer trusted.
2. What is the service cost?
Our fees adapt to the level of management and type of asset. Request a free proposal and we will send you a transparent plan, without obligation.
3. Is there any commitment or penalties if I stop working with you?
You may terminate the collaboration at any time, provided the agreed notice is observed and the current transaction is properly closed. We do not apply penalties if the exit takes place as agreed. Economic compensation is only considered in cases of breach, early termination without justified cause, or direct harm to Investars.
4. What return can I expect from working with Investars?
Profitability depends on the type of asset, its location, and the agreed strategy. Our work focuses on optimizing all the factors that influence performance: income, expenses, turnover, and taxation.
We always operate with technical and realistic criteria, avoiding inflated projections. Every investment carries risks, and although we work to maximize results, we do not guarantee returns nor base our estimates on past performance.
